Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For items valued up to $150, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us directly. Exchanges can be processed based on product availability.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
